How do I delete my account?
From the settings menu with the site/app you can delete your account. This will remove the account which you are currently using, it will not delete accounts for other niches. This is so people can try and niche and leave it but still keep other accounts active.

Delete account is blocked
If you have an active subscription the delete account option is blocked. When an account is deleted, all data is erased. If someone removed an account with a sunscription then there would be no customer data left which would make cancelling the subscription impossible. This is a safe guard to ensure subscriptions must have ended before the account is removed.

Deleting the app will not stop subscription payments
You must cancelled the subscription, delete the account and then delete the app if you wish all data to be removed.

Cancel a subscription
There are four methods of payment, each has their own cancellation process.

  • Paypal: Login to your PayPal account, find a payment and click the cancel subscription option.
  • Credit cCard: Visit ccbill.com and select the cancel option, enter your email + subscription number to cancel.
  • Apple App Store: Cancel via the settings menu on your phone (not the settings menu with our app).
  • Google Play: Open the Google Play Store app and manage your subscriptions to cancel.

Other members tell me my picture is not showing
You can see your own pictures instantaly but they need to be approved before others can. This usually takes 24 hours but can be longer during busy times.

Why was my picture rejected?
Here is a list of potential reasons:

  • Contains nudity
  • Overly sexualised
  • Contains children
  • Contains guns
  • Contains drugs
Our picture policy is governed by the App Stores and regional laws which prohibit sewxualised images. When we review a picture we ask, 'Is this person behaving and dress appropritalty if you met them in a public location?' If this question is a yes, then the picture will be approved.
